1. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. In a resalable condition; and not damaged in any way.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Cosmetics & Beauty products (If hygiene seal is broken), Hosiery, Underwear & socks, unsealed CDs, DVDs & Video Games, Adult toys/sexual health products, Digital Goods (download codes etc.), Personalized/Made to order Goods, free gifts cannot be returned.
Important Notice:
1. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect processing your return.
2. Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-YMALL products.
3. If you need to return this item, please contact YMALL customer service (info@ymall.com.au), and the customer service will send you the correct return address.
4. YMALL’s unique welfare policy: If orders in Australia and New Zealand need to be returned, we will pay the postage fee. Pls pay it first and send me the invoice of the postage fee. And pls contact YMALL customer service (info@ymall.com.au) to return the postage fee.
